We are the manufacturer of these hay rings, and we are located in west central Indiana. AGI is family-owned-and-operated and our hay rings are proudly made in the United States of America.

We do not sell hay nets, but there are multiple companies that offer nets compatible with our rings.

The AGI horse hay rings come prepackaged in a box, including a full hardware kit and assembly instructions. The hay ring panels are lightweight and the kit is easy to assemble at your home/farm.

All AGI Hay Rings are non-returnable and non-refundable. Hay rings are manufactured, packaged, and sold as agricultural equipment intended for outdoor use. Due to handling, shipping, and biosecurity considerations, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns for unused, installed, or uninstalled hay rings.
Custom, special-order, or freight-delivered items are strictly non-returnable.
Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable.

If your hay ring arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please notify AGI Products within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the product and packaging so we properly understand and can promptly evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution with you.

Currently, we ship nationwide (USA only) to all lower 48 states. If you live in Hawaii or Alaska, please contact us directly for a shipping quote. If you live in Canada, please contact our Canadian distributing partner—Strathcona Ventures for ordering and shipping details.
